Itinerario della crociera
Programma 5 giorni / 4 notti — da Luxor ad Assuan
Giorno 1 — Arrivo a Luxor, riva est
La vostra guida egittologa vi accoglie all’aeroporto o alla stazione di Luxor con un cartello con il vostro nome. Visitate i due templi più spettacolari d’Egitto, il tempio di Luxor e il tempio di Karnak, uniti nell’antichità dal viale delle Sfingi, lungo tre chilometri. Segue la sistemazione a bordo, in pensione completa.
Pasti: pranzo, cena. Pernottamento a Luxor.
Giorno 2 — Riva ovest di Luxor, navigazione verso Edfu
Dopo la colazione si parte per la necropoli tebana: la Valle dei Re (si visitano tre tombe aperte), il tempio della regina Hatshepsut — l’unica donna ad aver regnato a lungo sull’Egitto — e i colossi di Memnone, due statue giganti di Amenhotep III. Rientro a bordo e navigazione verso Edfu attraverso la chiusa di Esna, dove la nave ormeggia per la notte.
Pasti: colazione, pranzo, cena. Pernottamento a bordo.
Giorno 3 — Edfu e Kom Ombo
Visita del tempio di Edfu, dedicato al dio Horus e il meglio conservato d’Egitto. La crociera prosegue verso Kom Ombo e il suo tempio doppio, consacrato a Sobek e ad Haroeris. La nave risale poi il Nilo fino ad Assuan.
Pasti: colazione, pranzo, cena. Pernottamento ad Assuan.
Giorno 4 — Assuan
Dopo la colazione, visita del tempio di File, dedicato alla dea Iside e fra i più belli del paese, e della grande diga di Assuan. Facoltativo, da prenotare in anticipo: i templi di Abu Simbel, circa tre ore di strada all’andata e altrettante al ritorno. In quel caso la visita a File viene spostata al pomeriggio o al giorno successivo, secondo l’orario del vostro volo.
Pasti: colazione, pranzo, cena. Pernottamento ad Assuan.
Giorno 5 — Sbarco ad Assuan
Colazione e rilascio delle cabine verso le 8. Tempo libero, poi trasferimento all’aeroporto, alla stazione di Assuan o al punto della città che preferite. Se la partenza è in serata, è possibile visitare il villaggio nubiano come escursione facoltativa.

Day 1: Aswan Tours| Embark Nile Cruise.

Ez tour guide will be waiting for you at the Airport or the railways station ,(AT EXIT DOOR) holding a sign with your name. Then we’ll take you to visit Aswan High Dam and Philae temple, one of the most beautiful temples in all Egypt. Later we’ll take you to the cruise boat, where your full room and board is waiting for you- Overnight in Aswan| Meals: Lunch, Dinner.
Day 2: Optional Abu Simbel Tour| Sail To Kom Ombo| Kom Ombo Temp| Sail to Edfu
Early morning 04:00 am, Optional Abu Simbel Tour, which comes highly recommended (3 hrs each way by road, pre-bookable $110 Per Person) Then, back on the boat, we’ll eat and begin to sail along the Nile, arriving at the Kom Ombo Temple at sunset, one of the images of Egypt which will stay with you for life. Then having visited the temple, we’ll continue sailing towards Edfu, where we’ll drop anchor to eat dinner and spend the night | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 3 : Edfu Temple| Sail to Luxor | Luxor East Bank Tour
At 06:00 am, we’ll visit the Edfu Temple, dedicated to the God Horus. The cruise will then continue on its way towards Esna, where we’ll cross the famous floodgate. Having arrived at the majestic city of Luxor (the ancient Thebes, once the capital) we’ll visit two of the most spectacular temples in the country, the Luxor and Karnak temples, separated in antiquity by the Avenue of the Sphinxes, three kilometres long. Here we’ll eat and spend the night anchored in Luxor| Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 4 : Disembarkation 07:00 am| Luxor West Bank Tour
Having eaten and checked out, around 7 am we’ll hit the road towards the giant necropolis nearby. We’ll visit the Valley of the Kings (3 of the open tombs will be visited), Queen Hatshepsut Temple (dedicated to the only woman to rule over Egypt for an extended period of time) and the Colossi of Memnon (two giant statues in homage to the Pharoah Amenhotep III). The tour then finishes at around 12:30. Then we’ll take you to the Luxor airport, the train station, or whichever point in the city you would like. | Meals: Breakfast.
