Ship Information

The African Queen Dahabiya Nile Cruise offers an unforgettable journey on a 45-meter vessel with 10 spacious cabins. Eight cabins come with either a double bed or twin beds, ample cupboard space, and double windows for enjoying the scenery. The windows have shutters for a darker room and can open to let in the gentle breeze, with mosquito screens for added comfort. Each cabin features a large bathroom with modern amenities, including power showers and fluffy Egyptian cotton towels, perfect for refreshing after a day of exploration.

The African Queen also boasts two suite cabins at the rear, each with a private verandah adorned with colorful traditional floor cushions. These verandahs are perfect for enjoying a nightcap or stargazing, offering a view of the unpolluted night sky filled with millions of stars.

The deck of the African Queen is designed for relaxation, with soft, comfortable seating in an African theme. There are shaded areas under a canvas canopy and sunny spots at the front of the boat. Rattan chairs and deck chairs are plentiful, allowing you to admire the beautiful Egyptian landscape and its abundant wildlife as you sail by.

Dinner is typically served on the deck, but if the evening air is too chilly, the salon provides an excellent dining area. Spanning the width of the boat, the salon offers comfortable seating all around, ideal for conversations with fellow passengers or quietly relaxing with a book.
