The people you would actually be with

Every photograph below was taken on a real EZ Tour Egypt trip. None of them were bought from a library, and none of them are of somebody else’s guests.

What each one actually shows you

Different questions, different page

They are not the same proof. Use whichever one answers the thing you are actually worried about.

“Will they actually turn up?”

Go to Tripadvisor. Nineteen years of dated, named accounts of airport pickups, 4am starts, long transfers and multi-city itineraries — including the days something went wrong and had to be fixed.

“What will I actually see?”

Go to Instagram. The highlight reels are sorted by destination, so you can watch what a day in Luxor or a night on a dahabiya really looks like before it appears on your invoice.

“Is this a real company?”

Stay here. We operate under Egyptian Ministry of Tourism licence no. 547, issued 27 February 1985 to our parent company Watania Tours — Category (A), the full licence class. Ask and we will send you the document.

The oldest reviews

Sort Tripadvisor by date and read the ones from 2019, or browse the whole wall. A company that has been fabricating reviews rarely has a consistent seven-year trail.

The people who wrote them

Most reviewers are named and have review histories of their own on Tripadvisor. Click through a few and see where else they have travelled.

Talk to a human first

Message us on WhatsApp before you commit to anything. Ask hard questions. You will be talking to the team who would run your trip, not a call centre.

The questions people actually ask

Fair enough — here are the answers

Are these reviews real?
They are on Tripadvisor, not on our server. We cannot post them, edit them, or delete them, and Tripadvisor removes operators who try. Every quote on this page links back to a named account you can click through and check.
Why is your rating 5.0 when you have 189 reviews?
Because Tripadvisor rounds. Our actual average across the full history is a little under five — we have had four-star reviews and one two-star. They are still on the profile. Please read them; how a company handles the bad day tells you more than the good ones do. You can also read our full guest reviews wall here on the site.
Can I speak to someone who has travelled with you?
Often, yes. Several past guests have offered to answer questions from travellers considering the same trip. Message us on WhatsApp with what you are planning and we will ask whether one of them is happy to be put in touch.
Are you actually licensed, or just a website?
Licensed. We operate under Egyptian Ministry of Tourism licence no. 547, issued 27 February 1985 to our parent company Watania Tours — الشركة الوطنية للخدمات السياحية. It is a Category (A) licence, the full class that permits organising trips, transport, accommodation and ticketing directly rather than subcontracting everything out. The full company details are on our About page, and we will send you the document on request.
Do I have to pay a deposit before I have met anyone?
You will have spoken to us properly first — by WhatsApp, email or a call — and you will have a written itinerary showing what is included, what is prepaid, what is optional and what is not covered, before any money is discussed.
What languages do your guides speak?
English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French and Arabic, with more available on request. Tell us which you would prefer when you enquire and we will match you with a guide who speaks it properly, not approximately.
