EZ Tour Egypt is a brand of Watania Tours Co., a licensed Egyptian tour operator: Egyptian Ministry of Tourism licence no. 547, issued 27 February 1985, Category (A) — the full licence class. Ask and we will send you the document.
Part of the Watania group: alongside EZ Tour Egypt we operate the complete Egypt program of our own German-market travel brand — series groups, guides, cruises and transfers, handled end-to-end by the same team you would work with. Travel-trade FAQ
What does an Egypt DMC / destination management company actually handle?
Everything between your client's landing and departure: transfers, licensed guides, hotels and cruise bookings, entrance tickets, domestic flights, on-ground problem-solving and 24/7 support — sold to you at net rates under one agreement.
Is there a minimum group size?
Yes. Our trade programmes start at 8 travellers per group. Smaller private parties are welcome to book directly on our retail site.
Will you send us your rate sheet?
No, and that is deliberate. Nile cruise and hotel rates move week to week, so a static sheet is out of date the day it is sent. Verified partners receive a costed programme at net for their actual dates and group.
Are you IATA-accredited?
No. We are a licensed Egyptian ground operator (Ministry of Tourism licence no. 547, Category A). We do not ticket international flights; domestic Egyptian flights are booked and issued as part of our ground programmes.
Which languages can you guide in?
English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French and Arabic as standard, with government-licensed Egyptologists — and we source additional languages on request for series and groups.
How fast do you quote?
A complete brief gets a costed day-by-day programme, normally within one business day. Urgent same-day requests: message the partnerships desk on WhatsApp.
How do payments work?
