Working with us

You keep the client. We carry the ground.

Partners tell us the same thing: it feels as though they ran the trip themselves, without the hassle. That is the whole job. Your brand stays in front of your travelers, and our team handles every pickup, guide, ticket, train and cabin behind it. The ease and care your travelers feel on the ground is what we are measured on.

Simple by design

How partnership works

1

Apply

Tell us who you are, your trade credential and your next group. Every application is checked by a person.

2

Send a live brief

We cost a day-by-day programme at net for your actual dates and group. You set your margin.

3

We run it

Your travelers land; we handle the ground, with live updates to your office on one WhatsApp thread.

Proof on the ground

What running a group in Egypt actually involves

An Egypt programme is not one booking; it is dozens of handovers. Here they are in the order a group meets them, all handled by the same team.

One day, in detail

A typical Abu Simbel day from Aswan

Abu Simbel sits close to 280 km south of Aswan. It is the day that shows whether a ground handler plans or improvises.

  1. Hotel or ship pickup, with breakfast boxes for the road.
  2. Road south in an air-conditioned vehicle, with a rest stop on the way.
  3. Two temples with your Egyptologist, timed before the midday heat.
  4. Back in Aswan, with the rest of the day free or a felucca at sunset.

Total solar eclipse · 2 August 2027

Luxor sits under 6 minutes 23 seconds of totality, the longest on easily reachable land this century. Groups need beds, flights and a viewing site held well ahead.

Questions

US travel-trade FAQ

Are you licensed?

Yes. We operate under Egyptian Ministry of Tourism licence no. 547, issued 27 February 1985 to our parent company Watania Tours, Category (A), the full licence class. Ask and we will send you the document.

How do US partners pay?

In US dollars, by bank transfer. Every programme is invoiced at net against the itinerary you confirm.

Is there a minimum group size?

Yes. Our trade programmes start at 8 travelers per group.

Will you send a rate sheet?

No. Nile cruise and hotel rates move week to week, so we quote every programme live against your dates and group. Verified partners receive a costed day-by-day programme at net.

Are you IATA-accredited?

No. We are a licensed Egyptian ground operator. We do not ticket international flights; domestic Egyptian flights are booked and issued as part of our ground programmes.

Who will we deal with?

Applications from US companies go to our founder, Daniel Estasy. Once you are working with us, your office has one WhatsApp thread with the operations team that runs your groups.

How do time zones work?

Egypt is about seven hours ahead of the US East Coast, so a brief you send at the end of your day reaches us at the start of ours.
